Returns Policy

At Eyes for Life lenses Lenses, we understand that sometimes we may need to cancel purchases and return delivered goods. You have the right to return the goods to us by contacting Eyes for Life lenses customer service team. 

The product must not be used, in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all security seals intact. This is extremely important due to hygiene reasons and to protect you as a customer. Eyes for Life lenses Lenses is not responsible for any products that are not stored in a reasonable location (eg. Not in a cool and dry area).

Products that are purchased directly from our website, must be returned within 14 days of contact and acknowledgement from us to provide a full refund to be made. All returned products should be sent with a trackable package to ensure it arrives safely to our headquarters. 

Please be advised that you are responsible for any shipping expenses when returning the products to us. Eyes for Life lenses does not take responsibility for any lost items during the returns transit. 

In cases where the order has been dispatched from our headquarters, cancellation will not be permitted. Cancellation is valid once the customer has confirmed with Eyes for Life lenses and receives a confirmation of cancellation. 

Should a product be discontinued or out of stock, Eyes for Life lenses team reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid by the customer. Eyes for Life lenses will also notify the customer for a replacement or equivalent products. 

Delivery

We ship to all cities in the United Kingdom, European countries, India, UAE, and the USA. Prices, shipping costs, and expected delivery times will vary. Eyes for Life lenses is not responsible for any delays in deliveries.
